Careers
Clean at a higher standard.
AJ Elite Cleaning is a private, white-glove cleaning team serving Sarasota, the keys, and the coast south to Venice, and we hire carefully.
Who We Look For
Meticulous, dependable, proud of the work.
Our cleaners care for some of the finest homes on the Gulf Coast, and our clients trust us with their keys. That means every member of the team is trained on the AJ Elite checklist and takes real pride in a finished room. If you are detail-obsessed, reliable, and want your work inspected because you know it will pass, we want to meet you.
- Consistent schedules with the same assigned homes
- Training on the AJ Elite Standard and checklist
- Respectful, owner-run team, not a franchise
- Serving Sarasota, the keys, Osprey, Nokomis & Venice
